This is a random collection of images and photographs I’ve taken of libations I’ve particularly enjoyed. Some of the images are hyperlinked, some are not.
The world of beer has transformed so much, that it’s become something wholly different from past days of drinking Rainier, Hams or PBR. Now, craft breweries offer up selections that contain: cocoa nibs, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, lactose and even powdered grape skins. And some breweries will barrel-age their thick, black offerings in whiskey, bourbon or rum barrels for a truly unique flavor profile. And with over 120 different hop varieties, yeasts that run the gamut from wine, kveik & Belgian, beer is now paired at dinner much like wine.
I am Colorado-Based TIPS certified and studied for my own interest to become Cicerone-I certified to better understand the world of beer.
